Application

Compaction and formation of a chamber of expansion joints in cement-concrete pavements of roads, airfields, storage and technological areas when they are sealed with hot and cold mastics.

Advantages

  • Simple unified application technology.
  • The material is not chemically active and is not affected by solvents: gasoline, aviation kerosene, machine oils, anti-icing agents, etc.

Foamed polyethylene (STO 77310225.002-2012).

Technology

  • Cutting cracks / seams / joints under the sealing chamber using a cutting machine.
  • Blowing out the chamber with hot compressed air.
  • Laying the Brit sealing cord to the design depth.
  • Treatment of the walls of the cut chamber with mastic or primer.
  • Filling the chamber with mastic or sealant of hot or cold application.
  • Surface treatment with finely dispersed mineral material (if necessary).

Package

Standard sizes of a sealing cord Ø from 10 mm to 38 mm. Packing: a bay from 130 linear meters. m up to 1 700 linear meters m in cardboard boxes
